ABA Pisco Aged is a premium single-varietal Pisco made entirely from Muscat of Alexandria grapes, distilled twice in copper pot stills and triple-filtered for exceptional purity.

It then undergoes 2-3 years of aging in specially selected French oak barrels that impart a unique smoothness and complexity to the fruity spirit.

A true luxury from the Pisco-making tradition of the Elqui Valley, which takes all the goodness of ABA Pisco and elevates it to another level through the extended ageing period. 

Ideal for enjoying neat, on the rocks, or in sophisticated cocktails. 

Founded in 1921 in the heart of the Elqui Valley, ABA Distillery is 540km north of Santiago, the capital of Chile. The entire production process at ABA still remains 100% by hand, from harvest all the way to labelling. It all starts each year in February with a harvest of more than 2 months, where grapes are handpicked and carefully taken in trays to the winery, where the crushing and fermentation of the juice occurs. The final stage of the Pisco production is the distillation in copper pot stills.
