A unique blend of five year old Single Grain Irish Whiskies – 5 year old grain whiskey matured in American Bourbon casks, 5 year old grain whiskey finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts for over 2 years and 5 year old grain whiskey finished in Moscatel Wine Barriques for over 12 months.
The combination of these casks delivers a truly unique whiskey with flavour profiles that will be hard to find anywhere else. Grain whiskey is lighter in colour than malts but they have maintained the natural colour from the cask aging.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered.
