A cracking Càrn Mòr bottling of well-sherried Glenrothes here, independently bottled after 23 years of slumber in a single sherry butt.
It was distilled in 1997 and bottled up in 2020 at cask strength, with an outturn of 550 bottles as part of the Celebration of the Cask range. A wonderful display of orchard fruits, dates and maraschino cherry at a mere 58% ABV.
