Maclean's Nose Blended Scotch Whisky

This coastal-influenced blend was made to honour the partnership between esteemed whisky writer and industry veteran, Charles Maclean MBE, and the Ardnamurchan Distillery.

The name itself is a tribute, not only to the Maclean's Nose landmark on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, nearby to the distillery, but also to Charles Maclean, who has been Adelphi's mentor and official Chief Nose for almost 3 decades.

This is a blended Scotch Whisky with a strong West Coast character, and offers notes of burnt citrus peel, sea salt, white chocolate and bonfire by the beach.

• 5 ex Bourbon Barrels of Malt Whisky distilled in Campbeltown (2016)
• 16 ex Sherry hogsheads of Malt Whisky distilled in the West Highlands (2018) 
• 21 ex Bourbon hogsheads of Grain whisky distilled in the Lowlands. (2017)

The label for Maclean's Nose is a first of its kind as it uses crushed barley paper made from a byproduct of whisky production. The label art has been created by a talented Scottish-born artist, Reuben Sian de Gourlay.
