An absolutely delicious Mannochmore single malt from indie bottler Carn Mor, matured in first-fill hogsheads for its Strictly Limited series. Expect notes of toffee and orange candy with a gentle hint of cinnamon to go along with the fruity Mannochmore profile.
This 11 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Speyside Mannochmore distillery before maturing in select first fill ex-bourbon hogsheads. Prior to bottling, the whisky was vatted and proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 721 bottles were produced.
