Pisco ABA is a superb and fruity Chilean Pisco, produced from 100% Muscat of Alexandria, a very aromatic Muscat grape varietal.

Remarkably smooth and delicately flavoured, it is crafted in copper pot stills from the fermented juice of the Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the Chilean Andes. After the fermentation process, the wine obtained is double distilled, triple filtered, and goes through a short maturation period of 3 months in oak barrels before being charcoal filtered and bottled at 40% ABV.

Crystal clear and exceptionally fragrant, it offers notes of jasmine flowers, honey and orange blossoms, with a texture that is soft and syrupy on the palate. 

Perfect for Chile’s favourite Pisco Sour cocktail, or in a Pisco Martini or serve chilled topped with soda. 

Founded in 1921 in the heart of the Elqui Valley, ABA Distillery is 540km north of Santiago, the capital of Chile. The entire production process at ABA still remains 100% by hand, from harvest all the way to labelling. It all starts each year in February with a harvest of more than 2 months, where grapes are handpicked and carefully taken in trays to the winery, where the crushing and fermentation of the juice occurs. The final stage of the Pisco production is the distillation in copper pot stills.
