Pisco ABA is the best-selling Chilean Pisco in the world. No other Pisco has won as many awards and recognitions as Pisco ABA. Founded in 1921 in the heart of the Elqui Valley, the ABA Distillery is 540km north of Santiago, the capital of Chile. The entire production process at ABA still remains 100% by hand, from harvest all the way to labelling. It all starts each year in February with a harvest of more than 2 months, where grapes are handpicked and carefully taken in trays to the winery, where the crushing and fermentation of the juice occurs. The final stage of the Pisco production is the distillation in copper pot stills.
